Leadership is never one person and is always team. Building team is crucial. What team looks like in the context of ministry varies enormously depending on context – rural/ city/ suburban – large/ medium/ small church
The shape of team is also crucially shaped by the personalities in the team. Knowing, appreciating and liking one another should make a happy team. Team is important but so is the responsibility of leading the team. Someone needs to cast the vision – the leader of the team supported by the team. Most people can lead in something but not everyone is called to lead a team.
