MA Missional Leadership
Students develop the key skills and capacities required to lead churches and other faith-based organisations into engaging with their local communities and contexts. They explore what is distinctive about faith communities nurtured by the Christian narrative and how such communities can be formed in practice. Through this pathway, students will advance their critical inter-personal skills and self-awareness to enable them to be better equipped for the challenges of contemporary culture and ministry.
“The Missional Leadership MA offers practical training for those who are passionate about developing a thorough grasp of leadership, in the context of Gods mission and subsequently ours, in chaotic, ever-changing world. Missional Links Wales is excited to partner with ForMission College to mobilise a generation of missional leaders.” Rob Burns, MA Tutor and International director, Missional Links Wales
