MA Fees
The 2024/25 programme fees for the whole MA are £9,600 (£3,600 each for Years 1 and 2, and £2, 400 for Year 3). Programme fees are reviewed annually and may be increased for students starting from September 2025
We want our programmes to be as accessible as possible, so we aim to keep them as affordable as we can.
Additional Costs
- Students will be expected to have suitable computer and internet access to complete assessments.
- ForMission provides access to electronic books, journals, and other resources wherever possible. However, students will still be expected to cover the cost of any additional optional study materials.
- There may be travel costs to and from any classes not held online
- Most students like to celebrate their success at the end of their degree by attending graduation. Hiring a gown for the ceremony cost £50 in 2022.
Any required accommodation costs are also included in the fees.
Payment of Fees
Student loan funding is available on our programmes and eligible students will be registered with Birmingham Newman University under a franchise agreement.
If you are planning to fund yourself, or where a sponsor (such as your church/employer) is paying, your offer letter will set out the terms of payment, but your fees will usually be divided into regular payments throughout the programme.
Please be aware that prompt payment of your fees is a condition of continuing study on the programme.
Students meeting the relevant criteria may qualify for a bursary, though only limited funds are available each academic year. See details of our bursary scheme here.
