Jaz Potter

Background: Jaz Potter is a dynamic and inclusive leader known for her strategic insights, creative flair, and effective communication skills. With a nearly three-decades-long career, Jaz has excelled in both public and private sector contexts, earning a reputation for her ability to lead, inspire, and achieve outstanding results. Her leadership roles in various churches and charities have allowed her to enhance the organisation’s reputation, promote its values, and foster community engagement.
Jaz is currently Associate Pastor at Gateway Church Ashford. She is married to Tim, and they have two adult sons. 

Qualifications: Jaz is currently completing her doctoral studies with Asbury Seminary, USA, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and intellectual growth. She is also an alumna of ForMission, completing a Master’s in Missional Leadership in 2021.

Research: Jaz’s research interests centre on community development, social impact, leadership effectiveness and the role of women in Christian leadership. Through her doctoral studies and practical experience in diverse organisational settings, she explores innovative approaches to fostering inclusive communities, promoting social justice, and achieving sustainable organisational growth. Her research contributions aim to inform best practices in leadership, community engagement, and organisational development, focusing on creating positive social change.
